      <image:caption>Der menschliche Körper ist ein Wunderwerk. Immer wieder verblüfft mich wozu unser Körper alles fähig ist. Oder zumindest wozu er fähig wäre. Leider tragen wir unserem Körper in der heutigen Zeit viel zu wenig Sorge. In meinem Training lege ich den Fokus auf einen funktionellen Körper. Ein funktioneller Körper ist den Herausforderungen des Alltags gewachsen und hat genug Energiereserven Zusätzliches zu leisten. Ausserdem spezialisiere ich mich auf Veränderungen der Körperkomposition, also darauf, wie man Muskeln aufbauen und Fett verlieren kann.</image:caption>
